Who is responsible for your information
Creoniva is a business brand operated by THTY TRADING AND SERVICES LTD in Cyprus. For questions about privacy or your information, email thtycyprus@gmail.com.
What we collect
When you send a project enquiry, we may collect your name, company, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, approximate budget, requested service and the information you include in your message. Basic security information such as a shortened browser description and a protected version of your IP address may also be recorded to prevent abuse.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to respond, understand the requested work, prepare a scope or proposal and take steps you request before a possible contract. We also use limited technical information for the legitimate purpose of keeping the form and website secure.
We do not use project enquiries for unrelated marketing without a separate choice, and we do not sell personal information.
Who may process it
Information may be processed by service providers needed to run the website, database and email delivery, including our hosting provider and Brevo. They receive only what is reasonably needed to provide those services.
How long we keep it
General enquiries are normally kept for up to 24 months so we can follow the conversation and maintain business records. If a project begins, relevant information may be kept longer where needed for the contract, accounting or legal obligations.
Cookies and analytics
This version of the website does not set marketing or analytics cookies. Essential hosting and security functions may still process limited technical request information.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct or erase your personal information, restrict or object to its use, or receive a portable copy. You may also complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.
